At noon on April 7, the 2026 Air Volleyball Tournament of Luoyang Tianhaotai Company officially kicked off in an enthusiastic atmosphere. Athletes from various departments across the company came together through the sport, forging friendships and uniting as a team, fully showcasing the spirit of unity, progress, and high morale that defines the Tianhaotai workforce—and injecting vibrant energy and vitality into the factory grounds this spring.

This event is designed to enrich employees’ cultural lives, strengthen team cohesion, and deepen and solidify corporate culture building. It has received enthusiastic support from all grassroots trade unions, with the Machinery Union serving as the organizing body and meticulously planning and executing the event. The Machinery, Administration, Marketing, and Maintenance unions each formed a team, ensuring thorough preparation and full participation. On the court, employees who normally work on the front lines of production, R&D, and market development were energized and agile, demonstrating smooth technique and seamless coordination in serves, sets, passes, spikes, and blocks—clearly showcasing their strong competitive form and outstanding team spirit.

The match was tense, intense, and full of thrilling moments. The Mechanical Workers’ Union team demonstrated precise teamwork and rock-solid defense; the Maintenance Workers’ Union rose to every challenge with tenacious determination; and the Administrative and Marketing Workers’ Union displayed fearless spirit and unyielding fighting will. Every leap, every coordinated play, underscored the power of teamwork. Through competition, the athletes strengthened their friendships and forged a shared sense of purpose, vividly embodying the profound essence of collaborative teamwork.

Both on and off the field, warmth and vitality prevailed. The company’s trade union provided comprehensive logistical support throughout the event, including venue setup, schedule management, and medical safety measures, ensuring that the competition proceeded safely and in an orderly manner. The on-site cheerleading squad was highly enthusiastic, with cheers and shouts rising and falling in a continuous wave, creating a vibrant and harmonious atmosphere. Meanwhile, all referees upheld their principles and officiated impartially, guaranteeing the fairness and smooth running of the event.

After more than ten days of intense competition comprising over thirty matches, the event came to a successful close on the morning of April 18. The tournament duly crowned the champion, runner-up, and third-place team, while also presenting awards for Sportsmanship and for Outstanding Organization. At the closing ceremony, company leaders presented awards to the winning teams and expressed full appreciation for the successful staging of the event, commending the athletes’ relentless spirit of perseverance. Participants unanimously agreed that the competition not only provided a much-needed respite and fostered greater communication but also strengthened team cohesion, boosted morale, and effectively enhanced employees’ sense of belonging and organizational unity.

With the conclusion of the event, its spirit endures.
