To optimize internal management and further improve production efficiency, a 2-day "Lean Management" training event was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company from March 3rd to 4th, 2023.

In this training, we specially invited senior management expert Professor Ding Fuquan to share his professional skills, knowledge, and research achievements in the field of enterprise management. 47 trainees, including production personnel, technical supervisors, and young backbone from various units, gathered together to share a feast of management ideas.

From the perspective of enterprise management objectives and finance, Teacher Ding combined the lean management model with the current situation of enterprise management through practical production case analysis, providing a good explanation for improving the operational efficiency of the company, reducing costs, and cultivating management talents at all levels.
